An autoresponder is a function of the mail server that automatically replies to a message sent to an email account with a predetermined message.

Creating or editing an autoresponder

You can access the mail server at http://www.yourdomain.com:8383 (of course use your real domain)  you must log on using the account you want to create the autoresponder for ie: if you want an autoresponder for whoever@yourdomain.com the username to log onto the mail server is whoever and the password you specified during the setup of the mail account.

Once logged on click on account then select the autoresponse tab enter the subject of your autoresponse in the subject line then type your message in the space below.
