An auto responder is a function of the mail server that automatically replies to a message sent to an email account with a predetermined message.

Creating or editing an auto responder

You can access the mail server at http://www.yourdomain.com/siteadmin (of course use your real domain)  you must log using the username and password assigned to you during the account setup process                                                  

Once logged in click on the pencil to modify the envelope to the right to modify e-mail settings of the user you would like to add an auto response for then check the box marked Vacation/Auto responder Email Reply type the message you would like to respond with and you are ready to go.
